Morrocco

The Morroccan Prime Minister is not on Twitter but the government has a Twitter feed for its e-government programme.

The account, created on 11 April 2011, serves as a platform to provide updates for the OneStopShop online administration, new government services and to provide answers to citizens, businesses and tourists. The e-government programme facilitates the accessibility to the administration services. @Maroc_eGov follows no other accounts on the social network. Amusingly, after the account was opened, a follower commented by saying “Nice! Our Gvt works even on weekends!” to which the account manager answered: “there is no “working days” on twitter ;-)”.
